4. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide high-quality services, we cannot guarantee:

• Exact completion times, as repairs may vary based on unforeseen circumstances
• Permanent resolution of all vehicle issues, particularly for complex or intermittent problems
• Availability of all parts or materials, which may affect service completion
• Results identical to factory-new condition for vehicles with significant wear or damage
• Repair of consequential damage discovered during service that was not part of the original scope

We reserve the right to refuse service for vehicles that present safety hazards, require specialized equipment we do not possess, or when service requests violate applicable laws or regulations.

5. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the estimated service cost.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, equipment failure, or staff unavailability.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our Website. Additional charges may apply for services discovered to be necessary during the repair process, subject to customer approval.

Unpaid balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by law. Vehicles may be held until payment is received in full.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of sahexee.com and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from our Website without our prior written consent.

8. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sahexee.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles, pre-existing vehicle conditions, or damage that occurs outside our direct control.

9. Warranty and Guarantees

We provide a 30-day warranty on parts and labor for repairs performed by our technicians, unless otherwise specified. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from customer misuse or neglect
• Normal wear and tear
• Subsequent modifications made to the vehicle
• Environmental damage (e.g., weather, road conditions)
• Issues unrelated to the original repair

Detailing services are warranted for 7 days against defects in workmanship only.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or our services shall first be addressed through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

The arbitration shall take place in the jurisdiction where our primary business is located. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class actions or collective proceedings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our primary business is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
